C5plus is a non-governmental orgnaization established in Almaty in October 2023 to promote developing relations between Central Asian countries.
Our Mission: We support the re-creation of Great Silk Road for the Porsperity of All Peoples sharing the benefits of new geopolitical reality, fostering common Central Asian cultural and ecnomic space by means of multilteral communication and people-to-people diplomacy.
Founder: Kuat Dombay, politicl analyst with diplomatic backgournd, leading communications expert and author of books on PR and Communications.
We are a new organization set to embrace in-depth understanding by all stakeholders and interested think tanks of new architecture being built up in Central Asia as the world's new geopolitical reality.
